Earn points as you shop
Earn 1 point for every A$1 spent on eligible purchases. Use the same email address for your orders and your Hank & Hera account so your purchases can be matched to your rewards profile.
Our programme uses Australian dollars to calculate points and reward values, including when you shop in another currency. Your points balance and available rewards are shown in the Rewards panel.
Turn your points into a reward
Redeem points in steps of 100 points for an A$5 discount on a one-time purchase. For example:
- 100 points = A$5 off
- 200 points = A$10 off
- 500 points = A$25 off
You need at least 100 points to redeem. Points are not applied as a discount until you exchange them for a reward.
- Sign in to your Hank & Hera account using the email address you shop with.
- Select Rewards, near the bottom-right of the website, then choose Ways to redeem.
- Choose your reward and the number of points to use, then select Redeem.
- Select Apply code, or copy the reward code into the discount-code field at checkout. Check that the discount has been applied before completing your order.
Only the points you choose to redeem are used for that reward. Check the details displayed with your chosen reward for any applicable conditions.
A birthday thank you
Receive 100 birthday points. Add your birth month and day under Ways to earn in the Rewards panel at least 30 days before your birthday. If you add it within 30 days of your birthday, the birthday points begin the following year. Birthday points are awarded once every 365 days and must be redeemed for a reward before they become a discount.
Refer a friend
Share your personal referral link from the Rewards panel with someone who is new to Hank & Hera:
- Your friend can claim an A$10 discount for a qualifying one-time purchase of A$50 or more.
- You receive an A$20 discount reward when your friend completes a qualifying purchase through the referral programme.
Your friend must be new to Hank & Hera, with no previous store account or order. They need to enter their email address after opening your referral link and use that same address for their qualifying purchase. Referral discount codes are single use and cannot be combined with another order discount.
Earlier orders and missing points
Our current points programme launched on 4 February 2025. Eligible orders placed from this date are included. Points are not awarded retrospectively for purchases made before the programme launched.
If you cannot find points from an eligible order placed since launch, or have a question about a reward or returned order, please email philippa@hankandhera.com.au with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will check the account before confirming any adjustment.
