When is the event?
VIP early access for returning customers is Wednesday 30 September. The public Birthday event runs Thursday 1 October to 11:59pm Monday 5 October, Sydney time.

How is the discount applied?
On 30 September, returning customers use the code provided in their VIP email. From 1–5 October, 20% off is applied automatically at checkout to eligible items, with no code needed.

What is excluded?
Bundles and gift cards. Birthday pricing cannot be combined with another offer.

What about shipping?
During the Birthday event, free Australian standard shipping applies to orders of A$300 or more after discounts. Express, New Zealand and international rates are unchanged.
