Fit notes that override this chart. Leilani has a generous silhouette and currently runs large — choose one size down from your usual Hank & Hera size. The Sara Camisole currently runs large — choose one size down. The Hera Pyjama Shorts run smaller than our usual fit — choose one size up. Every other style carries its own fit note on its product page.
Australian Shipping Options:
We utilise Australia Post or Sendle for prompt and reliable deliveries.
Standard shipping within Australia is A$12.95 for order totals up to A$399.99 after discounts, and free when the order total is A$400 or more after discounts.
Express shipping within Australia is available at a flat rate of $15.00. Express orders placed before 1pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Express shipping is a flat rate on every order and is not included in our free shipping offer.
International Shipping:
For international destinations other than the United States, we use DHL for fast and efficient shipping.
Shipping to New Zealand is available at a flat rate of $30, with free shipping on orders over $600.
United States: US$39 express shipping from Australia, with prices in US dollars. US import duties are included in the product price; shipping is charged separately. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. United Kingdom and other available destinations: flat rate of A$60, with free shipping on orders over A$850.
Express shipping is available within Australia and to the United States.

International Duties and Taxes:
For United States orders, applicable import duties are included in the product price. Hank & Hera pays customs through its seller-paid Australia Post/Zonos arrangement, so customers should not pay import duties again on delivery. Shipping is charged separately; any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. For other destinations outside Australia, our prices and shipping rates do not include customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees. Such orders may attract these charges, which are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient to the carrier on delivery.

Winter Polly is a full-length, long-sleeve nightgown made from woven 63% cotton and 37% viscose tartan.
At 560g, it is a substantial Heritage nightgown built on the familiar Polly silhouette. The tartan check is formed in the construction of the fabric rather than printed on the surface.
Fit: True to size with an oversized fit. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size.
Wear it with. The Anne Long Robe in the same woven tartan completes the Heritage pairing. Bought together as The Heritage Night Edit, the two are A$435 rather than A$460 separately — and the set qualifies for free standard Australian shipping when the order total remains A$400 or more after discounts.
